When designing the Plico Chair, Danish design duo Preben Fabricius and Jørgen Kastholm sought to create a chair that takes up as little space as possible when not in use – whilst ensuring not to compromise on comfort. Looking to highlight what other brands and designers often seek to disguise, they created a remarkably simple design, using the highest level of craftsmanship, with visible joints, and beautiful brass fittings.

Available in this high back FK10 version, and a low back version, the FK11 – the solid oak frame and curved rear legs are shaped for stability. The back and seat, fitted with corresponding cushions, are upholstered in an elegant stitched linen canvas to provide a minimal look and enhanced comfort. The adjustable backrest folds completely and saddle leather armrests complete the design, giving it a distinctive expression full of character.

Available in an oiled oak finish, or a white oiled oak finish.
