Piton Swivel Stool

Piton swivel stool designed by Barber Osgerby for Knoll.

Barber & Osgerby’s Piton stool offers a contemporary take on the traditional three-legged stool. The stool has a circular seat supported by a distinctive tripod frame with a circular base made of die-cast aluminium and powder-coated black.

Piton’s geometric framework is as functional as it is elegant. The tripod structure held at base and top by two concentric rings offers optimum stability, distributing the weight equally and counteracting any potential instability caused by uneven surfaces.

The frame is made from the same die-cast material as the feet of Barber & Osgerby’s sofa collection for Knoll.

Piton’s streamlined modern form is suited to both domestic and office settings. Ideal for use as an occasional stool or even as a side table.
